I have been using their services from last month and they have never given me any chance of complain or disappointment. They are always punctual to the mark, even at 7am in the morning for home test collections with a consistency of 7 days a week. Not only that, they always go above and beyond to fulfill and to tailor adjust according to custom requirements of the patients even when they didn't have to. They prices are very reasonable and less then most of the diagnostic centres. They also have a waiting area with a very good ambience & staff behaviour is just stunning.
